1. Explosion-proof requirements and principles
Dust explosion conditions and electrostatic hazards: When the concentration of combustible dust reaches the explosion limit, it is accompanied by sufficient oxygen and ignition sources (such as electrostatic sparks), and explosions may occur. The dust rubs against the filter cloth during the filtration process to generate static electricity. If it cannot be eliminated in time, the charge will continue to accumulate, which may cause discharge and trigger an explosion.

Carbon fiber: It has both high conductivity and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for highly corrosive environments such as chemical industries.
